My Trip to LA

I’m SO excited to announce that i found my dress with the help of my coach, Studio Sash, over the weekend!! :) The trip was so much fun and very successful. We found the pageant dress in a store called Noell, in downtown LA’s fashion district, and we later found a prom dress in the area as well! (Prom is in April). I’ve decided to keep my pageant dress a surprise, but I will be sure to post lots of pictures after the formal wear competition this summer. If you’re my sponsor and would like a sneek preview, feel free to message me privately and I will send you a picture :)

My mom and I also attended Cal Poly Pomona’s college of agriculture open house! Since I applied as a veterinary technologist major, it was helpful to be able to ask the doctor as well as a veterinarian on campus about the profession. One thing I found especially interesting was that they have practice dummies that look like ANIMALS! Similar to human dummies used for CPR practice. :) We could practice pumping air into their lungs or drawing blood.

Only 4 months left until pageant weekend!! :) Thank you everyone for your support! I am continuing to raise money–please let me know if you’d like to become a sponsor!
